XL490
The XL490 Series is the latest addition to the Smartwave range. It combines the latest in New Zealand hull design with the innovative Smartwave manufacturing process, to give the most stable and smooth riding boat in it’s class. The XL490 hull is twin skinned polyethylene that is manufactured in a one piece moulding process, and is free from joins or welds providing superior strength. The finished hull is then foam filled using the B.I.F.F foam system providing a virtually un-sinkable, indestructible and maintenance free craft.
The impressive deck space, carrying capacity, excellent sea keeping performance and layout options make the XL490 uniquely adaptable for a range of applications from relaxing family days out, to a hard days work.
